Satisfied with Rackspace

We're using Rackspace's Hosted Exchange product instead of hosting our own. It's been pretty good for the 4 or 5 months we've been using it. There have been minor outages, but Rackspace is always quick to let us know and resolve the problem.

On Friday, I discovered that they had been overbilling us. Initially, we signed up for 15 accounts. We're up to 17 now, but they have been billing us for 25 accounts for at least the last couple of months.

When I called our account manager about it, she quickly apologized and promised a credit memo for our account. I didn't have to yell, ask for managers or any other escalation. She came right out and offered the credit.

All my dealings with Rackspace have been pleasant. I highly recommend using their services.
